Disney World's Hottest Dining Reservation of 2027: Harryhausen's
A highly anticipated new restaurant is set to open in Disney World's Monstropolis land in 2027. The table-service restaurant, named Harryhausen's, will be one of the hardest reservations to grab on a 2027 Disney World vacation.
The menu at Harryhausen's will serve more than just sushi and will be 'unlike anything else we offer at Walt Disney World,' according to Michael Hundgen, Vice President Creative. The restaurant will also feature live entertainment, allowing guests to watch the chef in action as he whips up Monster-worthy creations with his tentacles.
Monstropolis is a new land coming to Hollywood Studios, which will also include a quick-service restaurant, new shopping experiences, and Disney's first-of-its-kind suspended rollercoaster. While an opening date has not been confirmed for Harryhausen's or the land as a whole, guests can start making dining reservations 60 days in advance on the Disney World website or My Disney Experience app.
