Disney World's Most Impressive Purple Snacks Revealed
The Disney World resort in Florida is known for its variety of unique and colorful snacks. Recently, a food blogger visited six purple-themed snacks at different locations around the park to see which one was the most impressive.
The first snack tried was the Tweedledee Egg Salad Sandwich from the Garden View Lounge - Tea Experience at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. The sandwich had a hint of sweetness from the beet bread and was served with crumbled bacon, but it didn't quite live up to expectations.
The blogger also visited Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney Springs, where they tried the Blueberry Lemonade Cake Slice. This cake slice was a lemon curd swirl cake topped with fresh blueberry jam, graham cracker crust crumble, and vibrant blueberry buttercream, all of which made for a unique and delicious flavor combination.
The blogger also tried several other purple snacks around the park, including the Star Command Popcorn from Market and Popcorn & Snacks at Disney's Hollywood Studios, the Zurg Overlord Shake from Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies in Magic Kingdom, the Motonnui Ube Sundae from Anandapur Ice Cream Truck in Animal Kingdom, and the Ube Yum Yum Coconut Cookie from Earl of Sandwich in Disney Springs.
The Ube Yum Yum Coconut Cookie was found to be the cheapest option at $5.79, but it also turned out to be one of the best options overall due to its unique flavor combination and soft, chewy texture.
