The usual chaos of Walt Disney World's theme parks has given way to surprisingly short lines in September, rendering paid line-skipping passes like Lightning Lane obsolete. According to recent tracking data, wait times have plummeted to historic lows across all four theme parks.
Magic Kingdom is averaging a mere 15-minute posted wait time, while iconic attractions like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and TRON Lightcycle / Run are seeing peak morning wait times as low as 25 minutes. Classics like Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Space Mountain are practically walk-ons.
Other parks are also experiencing similarly short lines, with Disney's Hollywood Studios seeing standby waits around 15 minutes for high-thrill E-tickets, and Avatar Flight of Passage dropping into single-digit wait times at Animal Kingdom.
