Disneyland Breaks Ground on Massive Parking Expansion Project
Disneyland's parking expansion project has reached a significant milestone with the official groundbreaking of its new parking structure and transportation hub. This development is part of the resort's ongoing expansions, which include the Avengers Campus, an Avatar-themed land, and a Coco ride.
The new parking structure will add approximately 6,000 new parking spaces, as well as dedicated areas for shuttles, ride shares, security screening, and traffic management. This infrastructure upgrade aims to improve the overall guest experience at Disneyland by making parking more efficient and seamless.
According to Jill Estorino, Disneyland Resort President, 'the arrival experience is an important part of every guest visit.' She expressed gratitude for the collaboration with the City of Anaheim and construction partners in bringing this project to life.
