Disneyland Paris Revives Daytime Parades with New Mickey Mouse Led Spectacular
Disneyland Paris is getting a new daytime parade, marking its first introduction since 2017. The parade will be led by Mickey Mouse and his friends, featuring elegant floats with beloved Disney characters from various films.
The parade has been in the works for over 10,000 hours of research and development, with nearly 225 sketches created to bring the stories to life through costumes, wigs, and makeup. Dana Harrel, Vice President of Entertainment at Disneyland Paris, said that 'parades are part of the DNA of a Disney Park,' and this new parade 'raises the bar' in terms of creativity and entertainment.
The daytime parade will honor timeless Disney magic and the power of dreams, featuring characters from Walt Disney Animation Studios, including Genie and Jasmine from Aladdin, Tiana from The Princess and the Frog, Rapunzel from Tangled, and friends like Miguel from Disney and Pixar's Coco. The new parade is set to become the anchor of daytime entertainment for Disneyland Paris.
