Disneyland President Jill Estorino Targets Next-Level Dining Experience
Jill Estorino, the new president of Disneyland, aims to elevate the theme park's food and beverage offerings.

Estorino mentioned that she learned about the importance of food and dining in Asian cultures during her time living and working in Hong Kong and Shanghai. She noted how these experiences influenced her approach to creating an immersive dining experience at Disneyland.
Currently, Disneyland has introduced various new restaurants and snack options, including Gordon Ramsay's Carnaby and San Fransokyo Square. However, Estorino emphasized the need for balance between affordability and quality in food offerings, citing the challenges of rising ingredient costs.
