The experience can provide personalized information and answer follow-up questions using information from official Disney sources. Guests can describe their vacation preferences in their own words, and the AI will provide tailored recommendations.
Disney's relationship with AI has been explored by CEO Josh D'Amaro, who identified artificial intelligence as a way to reduce complexity in planning and booking vacations while providing personalized recommendations. The company already uses AI elsewhere in its consumer-facing businesses, such as the Disney Store's personal shopping assistant.
