Disney's Animation Courtyard Transforms into Furry Friends Paradise
Disney's Animation Courtyard in Hollywood Studios has welcomed a cast of beloved characters from various Disney movies. The courtyard, located between 'The Little Mermaid - A Musical Adventure' and 'Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! Show', now features over a dozen characters. These furry friends are scattered throughout the area, inviting guests to interact with them.
Among the new additions is Moana's adorable pig, Pua, who can be found near Thumper from 'Bambi' in a grassy patch. Meeko, the lovable raccoon from 'Pocahontas', has also made an appearance, rummaging through some popcorn on the far right of the courtyard.
Other notable characters include Diablo and the bluebirds from 'Sleeping Beauty' and 'Cinderella', respectively, perched atop a gift shop. Jiminy Cricket from 'Pinocchio' can be found near the directional sign, while Oliver and Dodger from 'Oliver & Company' lounge on a bench.
The courtyard's gazebo is home to Fru Fru from 'Zootopia' and Sir Hiss from 'Robin Hood'. Lucifer, Cinderella's mischievous cat, watches over the area with an air of slyness. Zazu from 'The Lion King' surveys the area from the roof of the left side of the gazebo.
