Disney's D23 Convention Brings Major Announcements for Marvel and Lucasfilm

D23, Disney's annual fan convention, took place in Anaheim, California this past weekend. The event featured announcements and presentations from various Disney studios, including Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, and Pixar Animation Studios.

One of the highlights of the convention was the debut of the new X-Men cast, which included several actors who are relatively new to the franchise. Ryan Gosling also made an appearance, where he spoke about his upcoming Star Wars film, Starfighter, and its director Sean Levy showed footage from the movie.

Other notable attendees at D23 included Robert Downey Jr., Hayley Atwell, Chris Evans, and Kevin Feige, who is the president of Marvel Studios. The convention also featured presentations from other Disney studios, including Lucasfilm and Pixar Animation Studios.
