Disney's Electrical Water Pageant Continues to Delight Guests
The Electrical Water Pageant is a beloved Disney spectacle that has been entertaining guests at Walt Disney World for decades.
Originally presented in 1971, the show features two strings of seven barges, each carrying a 25-foot-tall screen of lights, as they make their way around Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake.
The pageant tells an underwater tale of King Triton and his sea creatures, including turtles, whales, seahorses, and even a sea monster, set to Disney music classics like 'Under the Sea' and 'Peter Pan's crocodile theme song.'
The show concludes with a patriotic salute to America, featuring flags and stars to the tune of 'God Bless America,' 'Yankee Doodle,' and 'You're a Grand Old Flag.'
