Disney's Hollywood Studios Welcomes New Olaf Audio-Animatronic
The Magic of Disney Animation attraction at Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studios is getting ready to welcome its newest addition: an Olaf Audio-Animatronic. This interactive figure, designed specifically for the 'Olaf Draws!' experience, will come to life as guests learn to draw their favorite Disney characters.
Built by Imagineers, this physical representation of Olaf retains his familiar appearance from the Frozen films, complete with a carrot nose, twig-like arms and hair, coal buttons, and expressive facial features. According to concept art, the figure will be positioned at an animator's desk, recreating one of his memorable moments from the Walt Disney Animation Studios short Once Upon a Studio.
The Magic of Disney Animation is set to open on September 14, 2026, with 'Olaf Draws!' being one of its main attractions. This experience will allow guests to follow prerecorded lessons from Walt Disney Animation Studios artists while learning to draw characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Genie, Moana, Stitch, Ursula, Olaf, Judy Hopps, and Nick Wilde.
