Disney's Lakeshore Lodge Set to Open in July 2027

Disney's Lakeshore Lodge is set to open on July 1, 2027, at Walt Disney World Resort. The new resort will offer a range of accommodations, including Lake Houses, studios, and villas, each inspired by different Disney films.

The one- and two-bedroom Lake Houses are freestanding A-frame structures that sit directly on the Bay Lake waterfront with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private porch overlooking the water. These homes sleep up to five or eight guests respectively and come equipped with full kitchens and washer and dryers.

Other room types include Duo studios inspired by Encanto, Deluxe studios with woodland theming from Bambi, one- and two-bedroom villas rooted in Bambi, and three-bedroom grand villas inspired by Fantasia. Resort studios and resort studio king rooms draw from Pocahontas, while select club level rooms offer access to The Artist's Nest, a concierge lounge above the treetops.

Reservations for Disney's Lakeshore Lodge will go on sale in early October, with bookings opening on a rolling basis. Disney Vacation Club members can book first on October 6, followed by Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and then all guests online or by phone.
