Disney's Lakeshore Lodge Set to Open July 1, 2027, with Themed Rooms and Waterfront Accommodations

Disney's Lakeshore Lodge is set to open on July 1, 2027, at Walt Disney World Resort. The resort will feature 967 accommodations, including rooms inspired by various Disney films such as Encanto, Bambi, and Fantasia. The Lake Houses, a unique waterfront accommodation option, will sleep up to eight guests and offer private patios with Bay Lake views.

The club level of the resort will feature a concierge lounge called The Artist's Nest, which will offer views of Magic Kingdom and nighttime fireworks spectaculars. Disney Vacation Club members can begin making reservations for Lakeshore Lodge on October 6, 2026, followed by Walt Disney World Annual Passholders on October 7 and everyone else on October 8.

Lakeshore Lodge's design is inspired by the connection between Disney storytelling and the great outdoors. The resort will feature natural materials, custom tapestries, and furnishings made with river-recovered cypress wood throughout its lobby, dining locations, and gathering spaces.
