Disney's Magic of Animation Revives Hollywood Studios with New Experiences
The Magic of Disney Animation has returned to Disney's Hollywood Studios after an extended absence. The new attraction, inspired by the acclaimed short film 'Once Upon A Studio', offers four different experiences: Off The Page, Olaf Draws!, Drawn to Wonderland, and Once Upon A Studio Theater. The theater itself is a highlight, featuring custom animation designed for the space that brings artwork to life.
Off The Page is dedicated to character meet and greets, with multiple queues installed and themed to different departments in the animation process. However, some guests may be disappointed by the lack of live cast members giving drawing lessons, a practice still featured at Disney California Adventure.
The experience is not without its drawbacks, but it does offer a unique look into the world of Disney animation. Fans of the studio will appreciate the nods to past projects and the attention to detail in the design of the space.
