Disney's Magic of Animation Soft Opens Ahead of Official Debut
The Magic of Disney Animation soft opened at Hollywood Studios on September 11, giving guests an early chance to experience the new attraction before its official opening on September 14.
The attraction will operate from 9 AM to 9 PM for the first week, with hours changing to 8:30 AM to 9 PM on September 18-19 and returning to 9 AM to 9 PM until September 27. Starting September 28, The Magic of Disney Animation will open at 10 AM and close at 6 PM.
The attraction brings together various experiences, including animation artwork, interactive elements, character encounters, and spaces inspired by Disney animation. One of the main attractions is Olaf Draws!, where guests can learn to draw Disney characters with help from Olaf himself and an animator via pre-recorded video.
