Disney's Magical Exhibition Returns to Asia Next Month
The Disney: The Exhibition - A Century of Magic is set to make its grand return to Asia next month in Beijing. This marks the exhibition's second visit to the region, following a successful stop in Seoul, South Korea earlier.
The exhibit has been touring globally since its debut under the banner 'Disney 100: The Exhibition' in 2023, celebrating the 100-year anniversary of The Walt Disney Company. It has previously visited Philadelphia, Munich, London, Chicago, Kansas City, Paris, Madrid, and Queensland in Australia.
Upon arrival in Beijing, the exhibition will be available for visitors to step into their favorite stories using innovation and immersive technology throughout ten galleries in the 15,000-square-foot exhibit. The Walt Disney Archives has curated a vast collection of treasures, including over 250 rarely seen original artworks and artifacts, costumes, and props.
The exhibit showcases behind-the-scenes glimpses into the creation of beloved characters, films, shows, and attractions from Disneyland to Walt Disney World Resort. Visitors will be able to explore the classics from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to Strange World, as well as Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, and National Geographic.
Disney: The Exhibition is created and curated by the Walt Disney Archives and Semmel Exhibitions. Tickets are expected to go on sale soon at the official website, but availability was not confirmed at press time.
