Disney's Tech Overhaul: Redesigns, Translations, and AI-Powered Booking Engine
Disney is stepping up its game in technology improvements to enhance guest experiences at its theme parks. Recently, the company shared updates on new features added this summer to Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
One of the notable changes is a redesigned homepage for DisneyWorld.com, which has reduced links by 40% with the goal of making navigation simpler for guests.
The redesign aims to declutter the website and provide easier access to key information. Previously, the number of navigation links was overwhelming, making it difficult for guests to find what they needed.
Disney also rolled out Spanish translations on the Walt Disney World and Disneyland apps in late June, with hundreds of thousands of unique users taking advantage of the feature.
The company plans to expand language support to cater to a broader audience.
