Disney's third quarter financial results show a strong performance, driven by the success of 'Toy Story 5' and continued growth at its US theme parks. The company's Experiences division, which includes its six global theme parks, cruise line, merchandise, and video game licensing, reported a 20% increase in operating income to $3.02 billion and revenue of $9.97 billion.

The domestic parks saw a 27% rise in operating income, while international parks experienced a decline of 13%. Revenue for the quarter rose 7% to $25.25 billion, beating Wall Street's prediction of $25.39 billion. Earnings per share came in at $2.06, exceeding analysts' expectations.

Disney is expected to have a strong showing at the box office through the end of the year, with the company announcing a deal with TikTok to bring Disney-focused fan-created content from the social media platform to the Disney+ app.
