Disney's Twilight Zone Tower of Terror Gets a Massive Makeover

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disney's Hollywood Studios has been undergoing refurbishment since March, but the scaffolding was not visible from the road until July.

The exterior work is focused on repainting the facade to recreate the weathered look inspired by The Twilight Zone theming. A pink base layer is being applied first, followed by additional layers to achieve the desired appearance.

The scaffolding now wraps around the entire building, making it a prominent landmark for drivers and pedestrians in the area. Despite the dramatic changes outside, the ride remains operational within the park.
