Dividend Stocks Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Coca-Cola Are Worth Another Look
The market has been favoring speculation over patience lately, but it's time to take another look at dividend stocks. Three companies that have consistently increased their dividends for decades are Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG), PepsiCo (NASDAQ:PEP), and Coca-Cola (NYSE:KO).
Procter & Gamble has a 70-year streak of raising its dividend, with the latest quarterly payout coming in at $1.0885 per share. The company's fiscal 2026 results were strong, with core EPS reaching $6.89 on revenue of $87.03 billion. Management has announced plans to return over $10 billion in dividends and buybacks for fiscal 2027.
PepsiCo has also increased its dividend for more than five decades, with the latest quarterly payout coming in at $1.48 per share. The company's Q2 2026 results showed revenue of $24.18 billion, with reported net revenue growing 7% in the first half. CEO Ramon Laguarta highlighted the strength of the international business, which is set to cross $40 billion this year.
Coca-Cola is the momentum play among these three companies, with shares up 32.06% year-to-date and 10.83% in just the last month. The company's Q2 2026 results were strong, with volume growing 5% and organic revenue increasing 6%. Management raised full-year guidance to 5% organic revenue growth and 9-10% comparable EPS growth.
