Donut Petit, a popular Alameda-based doughnut shop, is expanding to San Francisco's Financial District. The new location will be at 100 First Street, near the Salesforce Transit Center and anchored by Okta's corporate headquarters.

The 27-story tower, completed in 1988, features a public garden terrace and fountain, as well as an on-site roster of retailers including Starbucks and Whole Cakes.

Donut Petit has not announced an opening date for the new location or confirmed whether it will run a full kitchen or rely on daily deliveries from Alameda.

The company's Alameda shop offers a range of doughnuts, mochi doughnuts, and cronuts, alongside drinks like ube lattes and drip coffee.
