Dow Leaders: Nvidia, Alphabet, American Express Unleash 70% Revenue Growth
Nvidia, Alphabet (Google), and American Express are three unstoppable Dow stocks that investors should consider buying right now. Nvidia is leading in artificial intelligence development, with its products crucial for hyperscalers to run large-language models.
The company's CFO Colette Kress expects revenue to increase 70% in fiscal 2028, but the demand is so high that it can't be met due to supply constraints.
Nvidia continues to lead in its industry with new products like the Vera Rubin platform, which combines CPU and GPU for supercomputer efficiency. Despite doubling revenue year over year in the 2027 fiscal second quarter, Nvidia stock trades at an attractive valuation of only 14 times forward, 1-year earnings.
Alphabet has also been unstoppable, with a 24% increase in revenue year over year in the second quarter and an 82% increase in Google Cloud. The company can't meet demand due to high capital expenditures, but management is confident that it will be able to monetize the spend.
The market sees free cash flow turning negative, but CEO Sundar Pichai assured investors that Alphabet's AI investments are redefining what's possible across every part of their business. Alphabet also trades at a cheap price, just 22 times forward, 1-year earnings.
