Dr. Pepper Bottles Spark Outrage Over Under-Filled Claims
Dr. Pepper has been gaining popularity in recent years due to its aggressive advertising campaigns and new flavors, ultimately surpassing Pepsi as the second-biggest soda brand in 2024.
A woman recently went viral on TikTok after noticing something unusual about Dr. Pepper bottles at a Dollar General location.
Leah Cosby Hunt (@leah.cosby83) posted a video showing several Dr. Pepper & Cream Soda bottles with barely any liquid, prompting her to ask 'Am I crazy?'
An investigation revealed that the issue may be due to under-filling of the soda, which is not unique to Dr. Pepper as other brands such as Barq's and Coca-Cola have also experienced similar issues.
Dr. Pepper has an official reporting form for customers to file complaints regarding product or package issues, including under-filled bottles.
