DroneShield Stocks Soar as Wall Street Institutions Take a Stake
DroneShield's stock price has been steadily increasing since its July guidance cut, with a 4.07% gain on Friday and a 28.90% seven-session advance.
The buying pressure is not limited to European markets, as the US over-the-counter listing under ticker DRSHF also finished at USD 1.57, up 4.67%, on turnover of roughly 43,100 shares.
Regulatory filings reveal that prominent Wall Street names JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup have been building positions in the company, with JPMorgan increasing its stake from 5.15% to 6.68% and Citigroup holding a 5.6853% interest.
The timing of these purchases is notable, given DroneShield's recent revenue guidance cut, which was attributed to margin pressure.
