Edison Restaurant Review: Atmosphere Shines, Food Falls Short

The Edison restaurant in Disney Springs has an immersive atmosphere inspired by a 1920s electrical company, complete with live entertainment and unique details.

Our review found that the food was good but not great, offering classic flavors at higher prices. The Edison Burger was a solid cheeseburger, but the price of $25.50 seemed steep for what it was.

The restaurant also offers a wide range of drinks, including unique cocktails and zero-proof options. We tried the A Dame'll Sting Ya cocktail for $19.00, which had an interesting mix of flavors but wasn't our favorite.
