EGYPTAIR Expands Boeing Health Management Deal Across Growing 737 MAX Fleet
EGYPTAIR has expanded its partnership with Boeing to deploy the Airplane Health Management (AHM) solution across its growing fleet of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. This move builds on EGYPTAIR's existing use of AHM for its Boeing 787 and 777 fleets, as the airline expands its 737-8 fleet to 18 aircraft.
The agreement was signed at the 2026 El-Alamein International Airshow by Mohamed Samy, Chairman and Chief Executive of EGYPTAIR Maintenance & Engineering, and Dave McKenna, Boeing Global Services' Regional Managing Director of Sales for the Middle East and Africa. The deal aims to reduce unscheduled delays, improve parts planning, and streamline maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations.
The AHM system provides real-time monitoring of aircraft conditions and predictive data to support these goals. By expanding its use of this technology, EGYPTAIR can optimize its maintenance processes and minimize downtime for its passengers.
