Electrolux Appoints Pallavi Mishra as VP HR & Communications in APAC

Pallavi Mishra has been appointed as Vice President, HR & Communications for Region APAC at Electrolux Group, effective September 1, 2026. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, she will join the company's APAC leadership team to support its strategic people and culture agenda across the region.

Mishra brings over 23 years of human resources experience, spanning regional HR leadership, talent strategy, organizational transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and inclusion. She joins Electrolux Group after nearly a decade with Honeywell, most recently serving as Senior Director HR, Asia Pacific.

During her tenure at Honeywell, Mishra held various senior HR leadership positions, including Senior Director Human Resources, ASEAN, where she supported approximately 2,800 employees across six countries. Her earlier role involved HR functional effectiveness across 15 countries, supporting more than 25,000 employees and a regional HR organization of over 150 professionals.
