Encore Global Management LP Buys into Microsoft with $4.794 Million Stake
Encore Global Management LP has invested in Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) for the first time, purchasing 12,950 shares worth approximately $4.794 million during the first quarter, according to its latest Form 13F filing with the SEC.
The investment represents about 3.3% of Encore Global Management's portfolio and ranks as its third-largest holding.
Microsoft also received investments from other institutional investors, including Markel Group Inc., which increased its stake in the software giant by 0.4%, and Bessemer Group Inc., which boosted its position by 8.4% during the first quarter.
