Enovis CEO Boosts Stake with $249K Share Purchase
Enovis Corporation CEO and Director Damien McDonald has significantly increased his stake in the company through a substantial stock purchase. On September 4, 2026, he acquired 13,035 shares of Enovis common stock for approximately $249,620.

Enovis reported its second-quarter 2026 earnings, exceeding analyst estimates with adjusted earnings per share of $0.90 and revenue of $582.78 million. The company also announced its acquisition of eCential Robotics for approximately €176 million, or about $205 million.
BMO Capital and Citizens both adjusted their price targets for Enovis following the announcement, citing margin challenges related to the deal. BMO lowered its target to $27 from $30, while Citizens reduced its target to $47 from $55 while maintaining a Market Outperform rating.
