The purchase price per share ranged from $19.10 to $19.16, and McDonald now directly holds 247,077 shares valued at around $4.6 million. This transaction is notable given the company's recent performance, with its stock trading near a 52-week low of $18.52 following a 25% decline over the past week.

Enovis reported its second-quarter 2026 earnings, exceeding analyst estimates with adjusted earnings per share of $0.90 and revenue of $582.78 million. The company also announced its acquisition of eCential Robotics for approximately €176 million, or about $205 million.

BMO Capital and Citizens both adjusted their price targets for Enovis following the announcement, citing margin challenges related to the deal. BMO lowered its target to $27 from $30, while Citizens reduced its target to $47 from $55 while maintaining a Market Outperform rating.
