EPCOT's China Pavilion Closes Again Amid Ongoing Refurbishment

The China Pavilion area at EPCOT has been closed again, just days after reopening from a refurbishment. The right-side dining room of the Lotus Blossom Café is currently blocked off with rolling planters, but the café itself remains open.

The pavilion had undergone a significant renovation, which included new flooring and decorations in both the left- and right-side dining rooms. However, the refurbishment was not complete when the right-side dining room reopened on August 9, leaving many Disney fans wondering what changes were still to come.

It is unclear whether Walt Disney World Resort will close the left-side dining room again after the second refurbishment of the right-side seating area is complete. The temporary picnic tables that were installed during the initial closure have been removed, but it is not clear if they will be brought back as additional seating areas for EPCOT guests.
