EPCOT's Tiny Germany Train Garden Gets a Whimsical Makeover
The Germany Train Garden at EPCOT is getting some attention from Walt Disney Imagineering. Located near the World Showcase promenade and Germany pavilion, the miniature Bavarian village has been a beloved feature since its debut in 1995.
The garden features a G-scale railway winding through the tiny village, complete with buildings, pathways, residents, and scenes to discover. One of the new additions is a miniature Disney construction zone, complete with tiny excavators, construction workers, and even miniature signs reading 'Please Pardon Our Pixie Dust.'
Walt Disney Imagineering and the Walt Disney World Engineering Services Artist Prep team have been adding new details to the garden, including a cottage inspired by Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, a miniature Dreamfinder, and a tiny version of the Germany pavilion's village square.
