ePlus Buys Daymark to Supercharge Microsoft Cloud Push
ePlus, a publicly listed company and No. 41 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500 with annual revenue of over $2.4 billion, has acquired Daymark Solutions to expand its Microsoft cloud capabilities.
The acquisition brings expertise in data center infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and cybersecurity to ePlus, serving customers in energy, utilities, health care, life sciences, defense, and financial services.
Kley Parkhurst, senior vice president of ePlus, said the Daymark team's credentials in Microsoft's CSP program are higher than ePlus', which will help accelerate ePlus' scaling across its own enterprise.
The acquisition marks the latest in a string of about 30 acquisitions ePlus has made over the years. Parkhurst declined to discuss financial details or the number of employees, but said Daymark was profitable and all employees would be joining ePlus.
