Esquire Financial Holdings Sees 23.2% Revenue Growth in Q2
Esquire Financial Holdings reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2026. The company's total interest income reached $41.3 million, up from $33.5 million in the same period last year, representing a 23.2% year-over-year increase.
Net income also rose to $13.0 million, compared to $11.9 million in the prior year quarter, marking a 9.2% year-over-year growth. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at $1.49, up from $1.38 in the same period last year.
The company attributed its improved financial performance to increased net interest income, driven by a 28% loan growth in higher-yield litigation commercial lending. Esquire Financial Holdings has also expanded its branchless national litigation and payment-processing verticals, adding merchants and law-firm clients across 33 states.
The company invested in proprietary digital platforms such as Salesforce and nCino, which supported client acquisition and retention across legal and small-business segments. Notably, the company's payment processing volume reached approximately $10.6 billion in Q2, with over 152.6 million transactions processed during this period.
