Everest Group Appoints Karan Bhalla as Global Talent Acquisition Head

Karan Bhalla has been appointed as Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Everest Group. He brings over 16 years of experience in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and workforce planning.

In his new role, Karan will lead the company's global talent acquisition strategy, enhance hiring processes, and build leadership pipelines across geographies.

Karan has a strong background in recruitment, having worked with companies like IQVIA, KPMG, Deloitte, American Express, and Royal Bank of Scotland. He holds an MBA from Amity University.
