eXp University's FastCAP Program Wins Two Gold Awards in Global Competition
The eXp University's FastCAP program has received two Gold awards in the 2026 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards, beating out major corporations such as 3M and IBM.
FastCAP is a six-week training program designed for new real estate agents to develop productive habits, generate leads, and turn conversations into clients. The program was developed using insights from 70 eXp Realty Cappers and ICON agents who built their businesses without team-generated leads or other advantages.
eXp Realty's CEO, Leo Pareja, stated that FastCAP addresses one of the biggest challenges in real estate: helping agents turn a license into a sustainable business. The program has recorded 21,273 registrations to date and participants have averaged 6.9 buyer or listing appointments and 3.9 signed agreements during the six-week course.
The two Gold awards validate eXp University's approach to providing relevant training throughout an agent's career. In addition to FastCAP, the university offers programs for established solo agents, ICON agents, and team leaders.
