F5 Experiences Broad Demand Across Security, Hybrid Cloud, and AI Business Segments
F5 Inc., a leading provider of application delivery solutions, reported strong demand across its security, hybrid cloud, and AI business segments at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026.
The company's executives emphasized that F5 is benefiting from three broad trends: hybrid multi-cloud adoption, growing security burdens, and increasing AI inference deployment. They noted that these trends are reinforcing one another, with customers not only replacing older systems but also adding capacity for future AI workloads and adapting to digital sovereignty needs.
F5's management maintained its full-year FY 2026 revenue guidance of 9% to 10% growth after eight consecutive quarters of double-digit product growth. The company's systems business saw a 32% year-over-year increase in the latest quarter, driven by the iSeries to rSeries refresh cycle and added capacity demand.
The company's Distributed Cloud Services platform has reached 1,700 customers and achieved 33% penetration among the top 1,000 customers, up from 24% a year earlier. F5 also highlighted its AI-powered web application firewall as one of the fastest-growing products in its history, with direct AI bookings reaching $50 million in the first half of the year.
