FAA Orders Inspections of Boeing 737 MAXs Amid Safety Concerns
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has ordered inspections of Boeing's 737 MAX planes after reports emerged of cracks in a structure attached to the fuselage.
According to The Seattle Times, the FAA directive is a response to concerns about the safety of these aircraft. Boeing had reportedly been aware of issues with the 737 MAX's structural integrity for some time but had not informed regulators or customers.
