FAI Invests Heavily in Home Depot
Financial Alternatives Inc (FAI) revealed its latest investment move by purchasing a new stake in The Home Depot, Inc. (HD), as disclosed in its recent Form 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The firm bought approximately 6,039 shares of HD's stock during the second quarter, valued at around $2,130,000. This investment accounts for about 1% of FAI's portfolio, making it the company's 12th largest holding.
This is not an isolated instance of significant investments in Home Depot; other large investors have also made substantial purchases or increased their stakes in HD recently. BlackRock Inc., for example, acquired a new position in the home improvement retailer during the second quarter worth approximately $28.77 billion.
