The institutional investor sold 11,626 shares during the second quarter, reducing its holding by 69.9%. Fairvoy Private Wealth LLC owned 5,017 shares of the company's stock after the sale, with a total value of $736,000.

The transaction was disclosed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Other large investors have also made changes to their positions in Procter & Gamble. E Fund Management Hong Kong Co. Ltd. increased its stake by 1,000% during the fourth quarter, while Park Square Financial Group LLC raised its holdings by 65.1%.

Procter & Gamble last announced its quarterly earnings results on July 29th. The company reported $1.43 EPS for the quarter, beating analyst estimates of $1.41. Procter & Gamble has set its FY 2027 guidance at 6.890-7.110 EPS.
