The Atlanta Falcons have started their training camp under new head coach Kevin Stefanski. The team wrapped up their third day of practice, which was held in front of fans at IBM Performance Field.

Quarterbacks Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix Jr. remain limited but participated in drills. Coach Stefanski addressed the media after practice, discussing his preseason plan.

Stefanski's plan is to play the Falcons' starters in the first and third preseason games. He emphasized that the number of live reps will vary, with players being held back in the second game as they participate in joint practices with the Colts.

Rookie quarterback Jack Strand has caught the attention of teammates and coaches alike. Tight end Kyle Pitts praised Strand's performance, calling him 'really impressive' and saying he is 'embracing it.' Coach Stefanski also expressed admiration for Strand's play early in camp.
