Family Business Man Turns Niche Product into National PPE Supplier

Steven Pan, once determined to avoid his family's importing and exporting business in China, has now transformed it into a thriving national PPE supplier.

After watching his parents build their network in the 1980s, Pan initially pursued a career in finance and accounting. However, he eventually returned to G&F Products in 2007, bringing with him a background in finance as online retail was taking off.

Pan discovered a niche product, heat-resistant work gloves, which became a bestseller after being introduced on Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon program.

Through his company WorkGlovesDepot.com, G&F now supplies gloves, masks, reflective vests, and hair covers across North America, both online and in stores like Home Depot and Lowe's. Pan prioritizes hiring from the surrounding neighborhood to establish a local presence and build relationships with the community.
