Fernandez Saldana's Trial Continues in Alleged Murder-for-Hire Case

Florida Microsoft executive Jared Bridegan was shot and killed in a Jacksonville Beach neighborhood over four years ago. The alleged mastermind behind his murder, Mario Fernandez Saldana, is now on trial for his role in the crime. Fernandez Saldana's estranged wife, Shanna Gardner, is also accused of conspiring to kill Bridegan along with former tenant Henry Tenon.

The trial began last week and continues this week. On Monday, August 17th, it started, and today marks its seventh day. The case has been ongoing for over four years, and the community remains invested in the outcome.
