Fifth Third Bancorp Sells $158 Million Worth of Amgen Stock
Fifth Third Bancorp has reduced its stake in Amgen Inc., NASDAQ: AMGN, by 4.9% in the second quarter.
The company sold 22,776 shares of Amgen's stock during the period, which lowered its ownership from 0.08% to approximately $158,765,000 as of its most recent filing with the SEC.
Other institutional investors and hedge funds have also adjusted their stakes in Amgen, including Vanguard Group Inc., State Street Corp, and Capital World Investors, who all increased their holdings during the fourth quarter.
