A user of the Fitbit Air fitness tracker discovered affordable and high-quality bands on Amazon after growing tired of the default fabric band's staining issues.

The original band, which comes in a 'Fog' color, was found to be prone to discoloration and dirt accumulation, especially when exposed to liquids or worn during physical activities.

The user opted for cheap alternatives from Amazon, specifically a double pack of bands from brand 'iBesky', costing around $23 with exchange rates. Although the metal clasp on these bands wasn't identical in color to the official ones, it was deemed acceptable.

The user is now hesitant to purchase official Fitbit Air bands due to the value and quality offered by these affordable alternatives.
