Flames to Appear Four Times on Amazon Prime's Wednesday Night Hockey
The Calgary Flames will play on Amazon Prime's Wednesday Night Hockey four times in the 2026-27 season, according to a recent announcement. This development comes after Sportsnet subcontracted its Monday national window to Amazon for two seasons.
Amazon will now broadcast NHL games on Wednesdays instead of Mondays under their new 12-year contract with Sportsnet. The Flames' four Wednesday Night Hockey broadcasts are scheduled for October 28, November 11, February 24, and March 3.
The team's other regular season games will be televised on Sportsnet's various channels. This means the number of national and regional telecasts featuring the Flames remains constant compared to last season.
