Fluent Financial LLC Buys into P&G as Institutional Investors Flock
Fluent Financial LLC has made a new investment in Procter & Gamble Company (The) (NYSE:PG), purchasing 9,457 shares of the company's stock worth approximately $1.39 million in its most recent 13F filing with the SEC.
This is not the only institutional investor to recently modify their holdings of the stock. Norges Bank acquired a new position in Procter & Gamble during the fourth quarter worth approximately $4.66 billion, while Cardano Risk Management B.V. boosted its holdings by 1,104.8% in the same period.
Procter & Gamble has been in the news recently for several reasons. The company acquired Thorne, a supplements company, for $3.8 billion, expanding its presence in vitamins and wellness products. Additionally, PureCycle Technologies reported that its first commercial recycled-resin deliveries to Procter & Gamble have begun.
However, not all analysts are optimistic about the company's prospects. Argus downgraded Procter & Gamble from 'buy' to 'hold', citing concerns about valuation and modest recent sales growth.
