Focused Investors LLC has reduced its stake in McDonald's Corporation (NYSE:MCD) by 9.7% during the second quarter, according to its most recent Form 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund owned 367,800 shares of McDonald's stock after selling 39,500 shares during the quarter. The sale reduced Focused Investors LLC's stake in McDonald's from approximately 3.4% of its portfolio to around 3.1%. As a result, McDonald's is now the company's 13th largest holding.
