Fortress Financial Puts $1.9M into IBM Amid Growing Investor Interest
Fortress Financial Group LLC has invested $1.91 million in International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) by acquiring 6,794 shares of its stock.
This is according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which indicates that IBM makes up 0.6% of Fortress Financial's investment portfolio, making it the company's 25th largest position.
Other large investors have also increased their stakes in IBM during the second quarter, including BlackRock Inc., State Street Corp, Geode Capital Management LLC, and Capital World Investors.
As of June 30, institutional investors own 58.96% of IBM's stock. The company's technology services and consulting segment has been a key area of focus for investors.
