Foster and Goggins Cast in Disney's Upcoming Animated Film Hexed
Walt Disney Animation's upcoming film Hexed has announced two new additions to its voice cast. Jodie Foster and Walton Goggins will be joining Hailee Steinfeld, who stars as the young teen protagonist with magical powers. Foster will play Queen Celeste, the main antagonist witch in the story.
Goggins will voice Beef Roger, a three-eyed green cat who wears a pink coat and is the sidekick to one of the witches. He forms an unlikely friendship with Hailee Steinfeld's character as she battles against a group of witches.
The movie, directed by Jason Hand, Josie Trinidad, and Fawn Veerasunthorn, will hit theaters on Wednesday, November 25th, securing the prized Disney Thanksgiving box office opening slot. The story follows an awkward teenager and her mother who discover that their peculiarities might be magical powers, revealing a hidden magical realm.
The voice cast also includes Alan Tudyk, Rashida Jones, Stephen Fry, CeeLo Green, and Tracey Ullman, among others.
