Four Individuals Booked into Winneshiek County Jail on Multiple Charges
Cristina Magee, a 51-year-old woman from Waterloo, was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on August 18 for possession of drug paraphernalia. She had previously been sentenced to serve 10 days in jail for this offense and was given credit for time served.
However, an additional charge was filed against Magee, alleging that she brought drug paraphernalia into the Waterloo Women's Center for Change. This led to a recommendation that she serve her original sentence due to repeated violations during her stay at the residential placement facility.
Three other individuals were also booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on August 18: Hannah Woods, age 28; Melissa Sue Quinto, age 40, who was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of methamphetamine after allegedly slashing tires at a Waterloo Home Depot; and Shane Michael Solheim, age 51, who was charged with public intoxication in the Ossian City Park.
Alisa Frawley, a 30-year-old woman from Lansing, Wisconsin, turned herself in to authorities on August 20 on an arrest warrant for failure to provide fingerprints as ordered.
